Gordon Ramsay’s 12th cookbook is entitiled Healthy Appetite. It was release in 2008 and is published Key Porter Books in the USA and Quadrille Publishing Ltd in the UK. This 256 page book has a different cover in both regions, so don’t be like me and order the book because it looks different!

This, as the title suggests is a great book and step back from standard European cooking where flavour is king and calories are forgotten! Healthy Appetite reflects Gordon Ramsay’s lifestyle of ffuelling his marathon, double marathon and soon to be triathlon pursuits.

There is nine chapters focusing on Healthy Breakfasts, Healthy Brunches/Lunches (and seperate chapters on Healthy Working Lunches and Healthy Sunday Lunches), Healthy BBQs, Healthy Suppers, Meals for Healthy Kids as well as Healthy Entertaining and Healthy Desserts.
